International Opportunities

Study Tours and International Partnership Programs

Students in Years 10–12 are offered the opportunity to further develop their language skills through participation in study tours and international partnership programs in countries where the studied languages are spoken. The College offers study tours to France or New Caledonia, China, and Italy, and student partnership programs with sister schools in Italy, France, China and America.

The international partnership program provides many educational benefits for students, including:

  • sister school relationships
  • the development of language studied by students
  • the experience of culture and customs, as well as daily life and school with host students
  • excursions and sight seeing
  • new lifelong friendships
  • challenges and a sense of adventure
  • international travel experience
  • increased maturity, confidence and flexibility
  • enhanced self-awareness, tolerance and understanding of the world
  • fun and unforgettable memories!

The College Mission calls students to actively seek to transform the world. Our international experiences give students a much deeper and enriching view of the world, inspiring them to make a difference. For more information about these opportunities, please contact the Languages Learning Leader.
